A Day in the Country

We visited my Mimi and Pop Pop's house out in the country this past Sunday and the bluebonnets were amazing! Every year there are bluebonnets scattered along the Texas freeways and fields and some years there are more than others. But this year steals the pot. I can't ever remember seeing so many bluebonnets....I mean whole fields covered in them. I think Vim did a great job capturing the beauty. Just another beautiful masterpiece by our Creator.

Around here...

As you can see the last 2 weeks around here have consisted of a lot of holding and a lot of sleeping (not for me of course). We celebrated Go Texan Day and St. Patty's Day.

Week 1 Pics...

Here are a couple of pics from the last few days at home. We had our first baby check up today and Vimmer is back up to his birth weight, 8lbs 12 oz. Doctor says he looks great and no problems. The interrupted sleeping at night are starting to catch up with us. But over all we are all 'In Love' with the little guy! I am sure we will have more pictures to post soon.
