Although we love our dog Fletcher, he tends to be a more 'sophisticated' dog, so we were not sure how he would handle camping with no AC for 4 days straight, swimming in the river and being around all the other dogs. I have to say though, that he was a trooper and did great. It took him awhile to 'warm' up to the river. At first he would just put his toes in and then he would get in up to his knees...finally, after watching the other dogs swim around he managed to gain the courage and cross the river on the 2nd day. He still had his 'sophisticated' moments but overall he did great. He had so much fun he has slept for the last 2 days straight...
